TARIFFS:
Are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff at time of booking will be honoured. BOOKINGS: A deposit of 20% of the total rental is required as confirmation. REFUNDS: Bookings which are cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy will attract a 20% booking fee. For bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to occupancy & where a unit is not relet for the same period, there will be no refund. CHECK-IN TIME: is 2.00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with the Managers. If you are checking in after 5.00 p.m. please let us know so that appropriate arrangements can be made for your access. CHECK-OUT TIME is 10.00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with the Managers. Otherwise an additional fee may be charged. CLEANING & LINEN: The linen will be changed weekly for bookings greater than 7 days. |
