Sunshine Beach Apartments
All of Sunshine Vista’s apartments are self-catered, self-serviced, and offer spacious air-conditioned living areas that are ideal for extended stays. Sunshine Beach Apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large en-suite with a spa-bath plus separate shower. Modern kitchens are fully equipped, and there is a laundry with washer & dryer. Apartments include large flat screen TVs and Foxtel. We do supply a complementary starter pack of coffee, tea, toiletries etc. to get you started. Privacy is designed into the building with solid curved walls between balconies and landscaped gardens between courtyard level apartments. Bedrooms are located at the rear of the property to ensure you a peaceful stay. Apartments share a similar layout and are furnished in the owner’s individual style. Garden level Apartments are ideal for younger families, these apartments open to a paved patio equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a sun-lounge. The patios blend into a lawn area and offer great garden views. Some ocean glimpses are available through the gardens.
Mid-level Apartments have good partial ocean views and overlook the garden canopy which attracts birdlife to the area. It is not unusual to find guests feeding the family of kookaburras that frequent the area. This level has a balcony with outdoor dining setting and a sun lounge.
Top-level Apartments have more expansive ocean views from their large balconies with outdoor dining setting and a sun lounge.

These 2 bedroom apartment also feature 2 bathrooms, air-conditioned living areas, ceiling fans in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry and large screen TV with Foxtel.

These top level 2 bedroom apartments feature more expansive ocean views from their large private balconies with an outdoor setting and a sun lounge.
These apartments spacious apartments are all fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioned living areas, ensuite, ceiling fans in all rooms, large screen TV and Foxtel.
